• Cameron Painters & Decorators Limited are a family run business based in Dingwall that has been operating since 2003.

• We employ apprentices, ames tapers, drywall finishers, painters and decorators, spray gun operators and subcontractors of the same.

• Every year these rates are reviewed against the annual inflation rate.

• We work a 37 hour week.

• Employees are offered the opportunity to work 4 days instead of the standard 5 days - the choice of 2 or 3 day weekends.

• Pay on both 4 and 5 day working weeks are equal.

• Outperformance is rewarded with bonuses on a project by project basis.

• For employees with a driving license a personal van is provided for home-to-project transport.

• We supply company branded workwear and overalls.

• By law we supply 100% of the PPE required by employees and subcontractors.

• By law we place our employees on our workplace pension scheme.

• We continually train employees to CITB and CSCS standards.
